FAQs

How long and how often are your consultation + guided self-care sessions?

Sessions are 60 minutes long, one-on-one, and occur on a weekly schedule. There may be limited availability for once or twice-monthly session schedules. Contact me for additional information.

Where are you located? Do you offer online sessions, in-person sessions, or both?

I offer in-person meetings at my Seattle office located in the Northgate / Licton Springs neighborhood (1833 N. 105th St. Suite 200, Seattle WA, 98133). Depending upon your situation, online sessions may be an option, determined on a case-by-case basis.

What is the fee per consultation + guided self-care session? Do you offer sliding scale fees?

My fee schedule is based on a circle-of-care philosophy that reflects the spirit of the Bigger Picture model itself. The professional consultation services you receive to support your self-care and effectiveness are as valuable as the professional counseling services your clients receive to support theirs. Therefore, the consult fee I charge is equal to your standard counseling fee.* This approach creates an organic sliding scale which honors the range of fees that therapists may charge. *There is a minimum fee required for my services that may be higher than your standard counseling fee if what you charge for your services is not within the typical spectrum. I am happy to answer any questions you have about the fee scale. Contact me for additional information. For info about fees for psychotherapy services, please visit the “Therapy” page here.

What are your COVID-19 safety protocols? Are you vaccinated?

Our health and safety is my highest priority. I am fully vaccinated, fully boosted, and sanitize office surfaces between every session. Masking policies for in-person sessions will be discussed and agreed upon between us. These policies may be adjusted based upon current WA State Health Department recommendations and requirements.

Do you offer group consultation sessions?

The nature of my consultation process requires the time and focus that one-on-one sessions provide, however I do offer Focusing trainings designed for groups of two or more. I welcome you to contact me to learn more about those opportunities.

Do you provide clinical supervision toward licensure for LMHC Associates?

I welcome LMHC Associates to work with me and experience the unique process of clinical consultation and guided self-care that I provide. As an Approved Supervisor for the State of Washington I do also occasionally provide supervision toward licensure utilizing a more traditional, structured model.
